Hi, I am Rachel and again Welcome to my Blog! I was born and raised in the Houston area and still call this city home. I have a love for DIY! I craft, cook, decorate, paint, turn trash into treasure and try to stay fashionable all while doing it!

I live with the most supportive and hard-working man out there! He amazes me everyday with his patience, love and encouragement. Not only is he handsome but has one amazing mustache!

We enjoy trying out new places, new restaurants and new beers! Traveling is one of our passions and can't wait to share all the places we visit with everyone and hope to get advice and recommendations as well.

We recently bought a house so starting a Blog now seemed like the best time to share all that we are doing. We definately are far from having our own show on HGTV but most days feel like we are living an episode of Fixer Upper, don't even get me started on how much I love Chip and Jo!

I am also not a Gourmet Chef and don't always cook the best dishes, but I live and learn! I haven't got down all there is to learn in the kitchen yet but I can follow a recipe on pinterest pretty well.

My style is very different, from what I wear to how I decorate, it doesn't really fall into a category, I like a plethora of things and put it all together for a style that is unique. I love to accesorize and feel naked without earrings and a watch on when leaving the house.
